From the President
Welcome To Our MBEI Website
Minnesota Business Educators, Inc.
I am Mary Flesberg, President of MBEI and Business Education Teacher at Moorhead High School. I would like to welcome you to our website and invite you to take a closer look at MBEI.
We are an organization for and about Business Education. Our membership is composed of those who teach in the area of Business Education or those who have an interest in this field.
Please feel free to look over what MBEI has to offer and to consider what you have to offer MBEI. As with any organization, we are only as good as our members. There is a new feature on our website which is a section for networking and an idea exchange. As a member you will have access, to not only that section, but to our newsletters and other “members only” features.
You are served by an excellent Board consisting of members from all regions of Minnesota. Our State is divided into seven divisions and each division president represents their area as a member on the MBEI Board. Others, on the Board, serve as officers, State Department of Education liaison, and other appointed and elected positions. I have been a member of this Board for many years and can attest to the fact that we are fortunate to have many very dedicated Board members who are extremely passionate about the students of Minnesota and they recognize how Business Education is the vehicle to help our students succeed!
